BIRTHDAY PARTIES
with an Irish Flavour

If you have a special birthday coming up then consider using Dempsey's Lot as your entertainers. We regularly play for 40th, 50th and 60th birthday parties although we can cater for any age group that understand how to enjoy the craic!

Basically we offer two formats. The basic 4-piece band provide a minimum of 2 hours music. We do the Irish folk "standards" - Wild Rover, Irish Rover, Black Velvet Band, Whiskey in the Jar, etc. plus a good number of lively jigs and reels. Also depending on the audience we'll do some lesser known Irish folk songs.

If people want to get up and dance that's great but we don't call any dances. Alternatively, as an extra, we can add a dance caller to the band. That way you get about 3 hours split between the music and organised ceilidh dancing.
